Try turning on a VPN and restarting the program a few times.

Infinite login loading

You need to enable the internet and restart the program.

Infinite loading when importing a model

Your model is not suitable for rigging and conflicts with the program's algorithm.

Animations are applied incorrectly

Correctly place the key markers as indicated in the Auto-Rigger window and adjust the slider values.
